PORT DU SOLEIL, FRANCE
Port Du Soleil, a ski resort in the French Alps is well known for being one of the best winter sports locations in the world. It contains vast resorts and routes, ski parks, and lunch spots. It ranks in the top five largest resorts in the world. A rare opportunity for me to capture wintery scenes. Initially, I had no particular goal for this project however, I love how I elaborated on the colours available at such a high altitude. Amongst the white terrain, the colours in the image illustrate life in such a seemingly remote location.
I am fortunate that my family has a base in the mountains, giving us the opportunity to visit regularly. Experiencing these views in both winter and summer is a genuine privilege.
